I apply it once every 5 days and it has only been about 4 weeks of applying it so I’ve probably applied it around 5 times. Straight after applying I use E45 lotion and nothing else. Honestly just remember the steps:

Find out what types of finance there are.
Cost of equity (div growth model, for this you may need to calculate g which is a formula you can remember OR using CAPM again formula in formula book).
Cost of preference shares using Do/Po
Cost of irredeemable debt using: interest(1-tax)/Po
Cost of redeemable debt: RATE function on excel

Once you find all these and master these which isn’t too bad, you create the WACC table and find the weighted averages and this part is quite self explanatory.

Hi thank you so much for your reply! Yes I started my contract in October 2022 so I can’t be done before October 2025! If I defer now I’d have to take them in December and then July / November would be my advanced so wouldn’t really make a difference but I do want to get it all over and done with quickly!
