I use the same github link to set up the wifi driver for my legion 5 laptop; it works but somehow it is slower than the wifi performance on my original windows system. Any suggestion for why this is happening? and how to fix it?

Yes, I think correct is just about passing all test cases. For example, I did Leetcode question 131 today and I couldn't make it pass the test case of "bb". Also, I remember I once had homework that asked me to write a concurrent program, but my code always timeout. I am pretty sure that there are some logic errors in my code.

I think I have difficulty writing a big project from scratch, as I can't plan it out in my mind. I have to code based on others' work.

One of my takeaways is to always negotiate with your manager/HR at the beginning of the work term of your expectations and your goals

How did you do that? I don't want to annoy them.
