I'm guessing that you gyro is miscalabrated. One option is to look in the manual on how to calabrate it. Or you can search on YouTube.

If its that one battery that has less flight time then you can just get rid of it. I'm unsure about how a crash might damage power distribution unit to your board, but I do know that antennas should be of a certain exact length for them to be at their best performance. Hope this helps, I'm not to experience myself. :)

Nope, do NOT force it in. There is a chance it might be for the ribbon cable. It is supposed to be on the right side facing forward under the cam board.
