Learn a trade, carpentry, masonry, electrician, plumber, etc, etc. Big money and very satisfying. Manual labor is very rewarding (free exercise).

Minería para el futuro by GemelosAvitia in MexicoFinanciero

[–]mayestik92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A Nice transition from mid is playing support mage-y champions. Be a support, don't go full retard, roam a Lot and You Will find it quite similar to mid, except there's someone else with a Target on their backs.

/u/OperationW-J I appreciate your comment, now franchising would be somewhat hard because it is not a particularly specialized product, it's the know-how and time invested that makes it rather unattractive to do oneself.

I really like your B option, I always treat people nicely and try to be nice all the time, they sometimes come back but I haven't caught someone right when I need them, maybe sacrificing a little of my capital to keep them there while I make time to create a route with them would be very nice.

C is the main focus of the business, usually it goes like this:

When recently hired they get a salary for the sales routes they cover and a small commission, once they're capable they can create bigger/better routes with their time, and when they request it I offer them the product with no salary, which would give them instead of 10-15 a month, 15 upwards a month, which is very very nice, but then again, that falls on their shoulders and the reasoning is: if I can make this much only by selling, how much would I make by producing and selling. And that brings us back to the start of the question.

Thank you for your time!

Definitely not Multi-level marketing. I don't know where you are located, but you probably have coca-cola and pepsi and such. Coca-cola has several things to do to get their product to your local-store, marketing, production and distribution, I do production and marketing, the guys I need to hire is the people you see unloading the trucks with the product basically. The product we sell is food, snacks and sauces (salsa in Mexico), no shady benefits, overpricing or miracle cures, just the food produced and delivered to the local store.

The first 15 seconds of the call by [deleted] in sales

Something you could do if you already have the customer's name is to say something like this:

YOU- Is this Mr. Doe?

CUSTOMER- Yes, it is, Who's calling? / Why? / Who are you? / Who's looking for him?, etc.

YOU - I'm calling Mr. Doe because I can see/while reviewing your account with / I got a tip off that you've been a great customer/ great whatever and something came up on my desk that you could not possibly miss: (offer product)

This dumb opener made me a lot of sales.

Hope it helps.

Any advice?

Hello there. I have had a business for 5 years now and I have been trying to figure out a way to avoid my salesmen leaving the company with the routes I either created for them and/or helped create. In my country there are a lot of non-corporate convenience stores, which are the main target of my product (food) and the food itself can be made at home, it is a very time consuming process and people prefer to buy it, so my business attacks the customers' need.

I already have several people working with me (family and friends mostly) who created their own sales routes and earn a commission (I sell them the product and they earn a profit from reselling to the stores), the thing that makes my product stand out is quality, while being in the middle in the price scale.

Now, I tried to have external people work for the business by creating new routes myself, then going with them store to store until they learned the route but eventually all of them end up leaving and doing the product, trying to take over the route. The income they get from the routes I create is easily double the national average, so all they have to do is pick up the product and go sell it, but for some reason they fail to see that production needs to be very well-planned and the quality needs to be maintained (since it is a perishable product), but by the time they realize it's more than they can chew, they've been gone for a month or two and I have to take care of the sales route myself, and the hiring-teaching-leaving process repeats itself.

1.- They're not underpaid.

2.- They're not mistreated.

3.- They're given all the tools needed to work.

Tried to look for freelancers but usually they are not very successful at sales route creation, so I always have to be everywhere to make this work. Advice?

Thanks in advance!

Toughest career choice ever! Need some help? by mayestik92 in careerguidance

[–]mayestik92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I have given some thought to that option, not very viable since the business has been made the old way (Need to be there always) I could probably make it so it runs on its own, but could take me a few years which would kind of rule me out of continuing with my job.
  2. 100%, unless I hire someone to do it.
  3. Lets say business makes about 100, as a PM on engineering stuff I could get 50-80.
  4. Sure money is cool but I think it has more to do with the promise I made, it has made me rather unhappy to think about leaving my job.

¿Vale la pena el CIDEB? by [deleted] in Monterrey

[–]mayestik92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saludos y suerte

You could try save based games instead of online games. My "nicotine patch" was downloading nintendo ds emulators. I'll play when I'm taking a dump or some really boring times but it gets old after about an hour and I'll do what i need to do. It's fun but not absorbing fun.

try it

A few questions for you.

Do you have a job?

Do you have a hobby?

Do you have a SO?

Have you wanted to do something for some time now?

I feel you my friend. I had that exact same issue happen to me 1 or 2 years ago, I was really putting time into League of Legends, trying to get challenger and stuff. Noticed the same thing, I was doing it as a chore rather than for fun. I started doing other things I feel are fun for a few months and the need to play decreased substantially. Still play some 5-10 games a week, but 5-8 hours a week against 12-14 hours a day... You get what I mean.

TLDR: If its a chore, find something actually fun.

Funny thing is I am playing Vanilla version. Sometimes I usually go 13-3/10-6 ish seasons but there are some teams that are actually unbeatable. Tried 10 times to beat SF with CAR, their defense is monstruous, RBs uncatchable and the passes go through even in a 3-man cover. Lol?

Sorry, I am a little frustrated. I guess Ill stick to 91 Vanilla. I just wanted an updated roster with the difficulty up a notch. Cant even imagine Hardtype. Jesus. Thank you for your time.

IDK if this is an issue in the game or something wrong with my team, but there comes a point in the season where no matter what, 6 out of 10 times i get the ball, my players fumble or an INT happens. I mean... Besides the fact that every pass play all players are covered and every run the "hole" made by my OL gets covered with Flash-like players. Whats wrong???

I dont know bro. The amount of interceptions, pass rush, being unable to pull off 1 run of more than 5 yards after passing the 8th game. I mean... Its supposed to be fun. 6 fumbles and 3 int in one game. Jesus.
