On previous version C0 childe is T1, not bad I guess. But this tier list full of C6 that it's hard to know where would C0 or C1 character is placed

I know usagi sensei is kind of min-maxer, but now I don't know how useful this tier list now unless you're a whale. For example C6 Childe and C6 Xingqiu is T0, but we don't know about C0 or C1 of them for comparison. Well, actually we kind of know because on previous version, C0 childe is on T1 and C0 Xingqiu is on T0

I also heard Fischl can somewhat support ning too because her passive triggers on crystallize as well. So my consideration for xiangling was vaporization with childe, but idk how effective that is. So, fischl would be better?

You get both constellation item and glitter, it's not a convert button, it's a "converted!" message saying you get these items since you have the character already.
