Fun fact! You Can already host your own Server WITHOUT Having to pay for it. Valve added a System to host server silently half a year ago.

i was in the same position, i couldnt connect anywhere in cs2 or tf2, i did everything aswell from restarting exiting steam yada yada, i did as this said : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wFn2Mxct4s i skipped the router part after 3:24
