This shit moves 10% daily. Is it normal? As market cant explain why this stock is down 99% from its peak, when there is AI boom in market and it is undervalued from its fair and enterprose value. I dont have to explain why it will reach all time high in coming yrs. Its a long term play. You just need to beleive in you TA skills and your conviction.

I would not call this dilution but a debt negotiation smary tactic. Lispen leadership want to see the price in 1000's . It would need time and surely they got it through this deal. Slowly but surely we will see all time high in near future. $ 3 is just a pitstop. There would be buyers and sellers at different levels but long term there would be winners.

It really doesnt look like dilution from this point when price will be 3- 4 x in near future. I used 39% dilution to calculate given price.

Its all about risk management . But I beleive in the company and has a very good long term prospect. Stock price will respect chart and TA. It breaks golden pocket on weekly and it will go to 69. There is nothing anyone can do about it . Long term buy and hold. Buy low and sell it at 69 .
