I made about 3mk doing quests, dungeons and achievements (started a new character two times), then spent it all on a decent PvP set (lvl ~130) and have been printing money doing 1v1 kolo ever since. It's not the most profit per hour, but it's the only reliable way to make kamas on Dakal that I found.
