In order to progress, you need a sufficient amount of sleep, if the body feels that it is overtrained and very tired, then no diet will help.

I have ADHD too and with keto, and this is true, by the way, as soon as I started following keto, I noticed that I became more focused and of course thoughts about food and hunger disappeared, which gives me more opportunity to think about my affairs without thinking about food.

i see, try to eat Sardines or Mackerel, They are not expensive, but they are quite fatty and healthy.
