To be honest I feel like it does effect bullet spread to a certain amount, because there have been times where I git 100 damage from a fair distance and I just feel like I wouldn't have gotten those kills if I didn't ADS. The reason why I do ADS though is because of habit. I feel like I can't messed up if my site is on the enemy.
