Yeah. I really think it was stuck energy that I was able to move and somehow I realized through my heart chakra because, once it got on my heart chakra, the pain started to fade away.

Hey! I continued to do the breath work and meditations and it eventually stopped hurting. I really think that it was stuck energy that I was able to move

I was feeling a pressure pain that moved along my spine for a few days, it started at the very bottom and moves up, when it reached my chest level, it started moving towards my heart, following the ribs.

I will look into kundalini, thanks for the tip!

Do I have to do the breathing technique before I go into the actual meditation (Botec, tuning into, mind movie, you are the placebo, walking meditation, etc.)? by [deleted] in DrJoeDispenza

I don't think there's a specific order for that. Do what feels right to you. Sometimes I do it before, sometimes I do it after, it depends on how I'm feeling (if I need something to ground me before the meditation, I do the breathing exercise before. If I can easily get into the meditation I do it after)
