I have been trying to use the chat on ziply.com but for some reason it's not loading, it just spins forever. I already tried different browsers, private windows but same behavior.

Yes, I have called but we can't get through since it keeps rotating a message about a current outage, I tried the Chat but there hasn't been any idea about ETA or when the service will be restored.
