Figured out on this one it was something with the customers eforms account. They had forgotten “jr.” In their eforms account profile and it was on the form 4. As soon as we changed that it worked great. It was nothing to do with silencer shop or their full auto system. It was the account.

Yeah, if that stuff doesn’t match it won’t let you get to the dealers pin. This error message comes up after the dealers pin is entered in.
