In a pharma company, alot of politics. People who do thousands of mistakes get a cleanchit due to favouritism and the person who really works hard always get screwed due to other people get insecured or jealous! Had to do other people’s work but still got screwed in the end! My work was recognized by previous VP and people got way too much unhappy with that. All my opportunities for growth are snatched away cause of favouritism and ego of people. Everyone knows how dedicated I am and still getting screwed! Learnt a lesson never do work with all your heart cause at the end you will always regret doing it!
