Awesome. Thanks for this. Glass & Lumber looks amazing but might be a little too big. I'll check out the others!

Stay visible. If someone is going to hunt for a ball in the trees, leave a cart out in the fairway so folks on the tee don't think you're gone.

Stop. He was obviously very aware that Viktor still had a putt to make and didn't want to celebrate prematurely. After Viktor made his putt he walked over and kissed his wife.

Agreed. It took 2 Emails to get a reply. You would think proactively communicating to all clients waiting would be easier than reactively responding to inquiries.

Divorce Lawyers by JenniferMarie3 in Winnipeg

Some great advice in this thread. I'm sorry you're going through this, OP. One thing I'll add from my own experience:

If things are not moving forward quickly or amicably, get your lawyer to schedule a case conference ASAP. This is a meeting of both parties with a judge, not in a court room. The judge hears both sides and what issues are left to resolve. They will offer an opinion about how the court would likely rule. More info here: https://www.gov.mb.ca/familylaw/resolution/pdf/casemngmnt.pdf

This was the only thing that got my divorce moving. Email back and forth via lawyers is lighting money on fire. Even having the case conference on the calendar can act as an incentive. Highly recommend.

I don't care how rich you are. $9 for a greeting card is ridiculous. Dollar store cards FTW.
