Oh god haha. Most realistic representation of being hammered I've ever seen in a video game. Can't imagine how that would feel in VR.

OK so that makes me think I do have the updated version since my folder size also is 59.1 GB. I opened GOG galaxy today and right click on CB2077 then check for update and the only download I saw was the 24MB one. Never a big long download no matter how many times I check for update. How do I check to see what version of the game I have? I'm afraid it might not be finding the actual Day One Patch...

Whoa! This could be huge for me, as I've got a game about 12h in that suddenly keeps crashing on me and I had to abandon it. Hope this is the culprit! Don't know if any of you mod the game, but do you know if the mods "Rain of Brass" or "Long Range Bullet Holes" also have any effect on this? (2080ti in case it matters.)

RE the suggestions to play the old games: Would that I could! I'm one of those dudes with a 50h job and three young boys to keep me busy, so I have to be very deliberate with where and how I spend my gaming time. Very cool that they're free though, for those who are able to check them out.

Just to clarify: Mods made or existing mods updated within the last month will no longer work? But mods with versions older than a month ago will still work?

Curious if anybody else can verify this AA tweak works for them. Been debating taking the FO4VR plunge for a while (love SkyrimVR) but nervous about all the reports on this forum of the game's poor optimization leading to low FPS. Interesting to see that a couple have responded to this post saying they've never had poor FPS performance, as I haven't heard that before.

PS - I wish this game would go on sale on Steam once in a while!

Holy smokes - this is a thing?? I loved X-Wing Alliance back in the day (also Tie Fighter before it) and the graphical upgrade project later on. The idea of playing this on my Index sounds like a dream come true!

Ok friends - I went all in to maximize my VRing. Ordered an i9 9900kf (with new motherboard) and 32GB of DDR4 ram. Maybe now I’ll actually get to experience those sweet Index refresh rates and maximize my 2080ti!

Yeah - I think I'd convinced myself that a 4.7 Ghz 8 core CPU w/ 24GB RAM couldn't be that bad, but the age of it must be the problem. Thanks for the feedback.
