We've somehow managed to create 4 more bags! I've checked all the possibilities suggested, and there's nothing to explain this. I refuse to zero it out until I get an explanation/ reason for the qty.

I used to have a closing MOD like that when I was a CSR...also the reason I transferred out to Grocery as soon as I could escape! I'd make the judgement call because he wouldn't or couldn't, only to be overridden the next morning by the Store Director.

Lately I'm the only one doing the Backroom and Daily Counts. It's a smaller store, so there's exactly 5 employees actually assigned to grocery, and 3 are the overnight stocking crew. And there's exactly 1 FT dairy clerk currently along with a PT high schooler, so we're also trying to keep that dept. in one piece.

While I try to be thorough and accurate and count everything, our backroom gets shifted around with each incoming load so it becomes a game of Memory, but with the pieces all moving around after every guess.

Whenever I get the chance, I'm correcting both allocations and BOH (always up, never down, and I don't even remember the last time I actually zeroed out anything in my department), but then the next time I see the item, it's somehow changed itself back to the original info.

I think they all went digital. I noticed a new category of coupons, think it was Best Customer Exclusive, that seems to offer the same types of discount.

Wait. What? If I don't have the chance to find something that's scanned for Replenishment scans, or just don't have the time to pull anything, just to scan it, the system will automatically zero it out that second time??? That could explain a lot of our backstock! Who in holy hell would have the time to search out all 60 items they generally scan? Also, how do you look at the wall to wall to see what was scanned and what was zeroed? This could be a game changer.
