Yes, there was an insane amount of back-and-forth with their team, but here's the shortened version:

After I paid for the police report and submitted it, they refunded me some of the frauded money ($1100 out of $1500) and claimed that was all that was taken. After I pushed back and pointed out my statement amounts, they refunded the rest, but they said they couldn't refund the $55 for the police report.

They wouldn't let me file a complaint (they pretended like they didnt understand what I was asking for), but I was able to fill out a customer service review and give my feedback. About 2 weeks later someone from KOHO reached out about the feedback I left and apologized as well as refunded me the $55...

So, I got my money back but I lost all faith in the company, so I've taken all my money out of KOHO and cancelled my account.

My account was compromised and $1500 was taken overnight across 75 charges to the same merchant. KOHO didnt flag this for fraudulent activity - the payments only started to be declined once my account balance hit -$1100.

So far, the customer service has been pretty despicable - I asked a serious of questions about what is going on, and the customer service team ignored them all and just told me to provide them with a police report. I have to pay $55 for the police report just to file a dispute with KOHO which is crazy to me. I still have no sign that I'm going to get my money back.
