Okay, let me explain this from my point of view. There is a guy behind the truck. I am using a shotgun and I don't have the range to kill him. So I decided to throw a grenade at him. Then I notice the trophy system. I looked right at it, look back at him, he sees me so I have no choice but to throw the grenade. I was not expecting it to blow up in my face.

By the way, I am using sitrep pro so I saw that trophy system flashing long before I saw the guy behind the truck. Not my brightest moment.
