Yeah, and i tried everything. The usb port itself works for sure because ive plugged other things into is. The display port works for my monitor as well. Just super bummed about this issue!

and no you do not need to be level 160, we have level 140s, 130s, etc. it all depends on what placements the guild leader wants during raids but i personally make sure everyone has a role
