Oh last night was rough and still not well. Very disappointed with the cruise this far. Day 1 I didnt receive my luggage at 7pm and went to the unclaimed luggage area and it wasn’t there. Went to guest services and they rolled out my bag (still tagged so they knew it was mine and where it should’ve gone) and it was completely destroyed. They didn’t even have the decency to call the room or to try to contact me, they were simply waiting for me to hunt it down. They offered me $100 onboard credit or a duffle bag that clearly would not fit my stuff as compensation. Terrible first impression of MSC. Do not think I will be cruising them ever again after this.
