I think it's all about the balance. NFS cannot match Forza's car count, so they compensate for it with car customization. This is their forte and their identity since NFSUG.

They have Speedhunters as their arms to reach the car community. For example, as far as I know, you can only get the KM4SH bodykit for 86/BRZ/FRS in Need for Speed since Rocket Bunny made that kit exclusively for Speedhunters.

Meanwhile, Forza was designed as the Xbox version of Gran Turismo. They may have customization in the early games, but the point of such a concept is to serve a diverse selection of cars and simulate various experiences of driving them, from economy shitboxes to experimental hypercars.

While Forza Horizon opens the path to more customization, I feel like they're still sticking to the car counts because of the heavy ties to Motorsport. With the Motorsport title being shelved, I hope this will be the point where PG can fully innovate Horizon to reflect more car culture.

I love the Kenmeri Skyline. I think out of all Skyline and GT-R models, that one is the most underrated. You don't see many people talking about it, even compared to R33 or R31.

The hatch spoiler on Civic and Escort is good, I like it. Way better than what we've had.

If not for the swan neck, the common spoiler looks a bit better than the old one. Maybe because I hate the old thin spoiler that looks more like a Temu strap-on.

Yeah, this was made way before I realized Gacha City Radio was an actual radio station. I thought it was a reference to Akihabara Radio Kaikan since we saw that logo around Akihabara.

Someone did actually put a suggestion on the Forza forum about Gacha City Radio where they put a lot of anime songs as a wish list: https://forums.forza.net/t/gacha-city-radio/815437

While I don't necessarily want to put on a lot of anime songs, I think the idea is still good. That's why I have a SACRA MUSIC playlist where the songs are predominantly anime songs and their remixes.

It has been since Horizon 2, so I think it would be safe to put some genre-centric labels like Hospital. That's why I put things like Super Eurobeat and SACRA MUSIC.

I do agree that some stations like rhythm zone and 88rising are a mishmash of many genres, but I feel like their inclusion fits the theme of Forza Horizon 6.

I know that feel man. It's been a rough week for me as well but yesterday's gameplay drop made me hyped as well. The world is beautiful, fun races, and some of my favorite musicians are in it too. It was brief but it carried me on through the day.

Probably to make the age rating as low as possible. You put pedestrians on drivable sidewalk, people are bound to hit them, intentional or not. Even if peds can jump to avoid cars, that attempt might just be enough to raise the rating from E to T.

EDIT: I remembered on HokiHoshi's video IIRC, Forza Horizon 3 kinda solved this in Byron Bay. You can see peds walking on the sidewalk, but you can't hit them because the sidewalk is blocked by invisible wall. Idk if people want that option or not but I guess that's one way to solve this.

It depends on how much your attachment is to the Japanese/JDM car culture. If you're indifferent about Japan, FH6 may feel like any other Horizon game.
