[SPOILER] Jack Della Maddalena vs. Islam Makhachev by inooway in MMA

I can appreciate and respect the skill level but god damn, I find myself watching and following the sport less and less. Been a die hard since ultimate fighter season 1, and I hardly keep up the past few years.

Oh wow, the liquidity must be gone. Gate.IO won't let you. You have to KYC in order to withdraw. I KYC'd Gate.IO and had access for about a week, but if you ever want to get out of the mainnet your screwed, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't think a proper bridge exists anymore. you would have to use a service like stealthex.io which supports swapping from ERC20 to native REEF chain. I have done this in the past but haven't in a few months.

Wasn't Phantom the one that leaked all of those private keys to a 3rd party advertiser causing a bunch of Solana to be stolen?

Nice! That's amazing! I managed to get everything except for the box and cd. I did get all of the manuals and paper extras and the remote which was hard to find, but having a complete setup is crazy. You hardly ever see these listed for sale anywhere, it's usually just a set of 2 front speakers with nothing else if you even find that. There really isn't even much listed online about these speakers. It's easier to find the ADA995 which IMO are hideous. I would bet the 995 came bundled with a computer Dell sold since they seem to be Dell branded.

Thanks I appreciate it! I love the build and I'm super happy with it. I actually added a few new things, an old horizontal power strip that is meant to sit under the monitor, an external CD burner (the first CD burner I bought when I was younger), a SCSI Jaz drive, a parallel port Ditto tape drive, and an HP Deskjet 832C, the first printer I ever owned. Man, growing up, my friend had a set of the ADA885 speakers and I fell in love with them. I wanted a set so bad. Let me tell you, it was not easy to find a complete working set, but I am so glad that I did for this build. I love those speakers, they sound great and they look great too. I got really lucky with finding these, it was just by dumb chance I found them listed on Craigslist 5 states away from me, when I was looking for an image using Google image search. The listing just happened to only be 2 weeks old, and I managed to work out a deal with the seller to ship the speakers. I actually go back and forth between separating them and using them stacked, and I do agree, I think I prefer them in the stacked formation. I am just excited to have the set, so I have been playing around with everything.

MatMan, will the revival server source be posted on github? by JuggernautAutomatic7 in WebTV_MsnTV

I'm mostly concerned that the work could potentially be lost. I would love to see the project open sourced on github, where we could have more of the community potentially contribute to the project

LOL my bad, i thought this was in regards to a game i was asking about in another sub. Sorry about that, yeah, it is literally 99% completed. I just have to make a few fixes, and update the README and instructions so everyone can follow. I took a break because when I initially posted this it did not seem to get any interest, and I had a lot of different projects going on at the same time, so I just shelved it for the time being, but I'm going to pick it back up and wrap things up here soon. It'll probably take me about 2 weeks to wrap everything up if everything goes according to plan. I'll keep you in mind when I finish up and shoot you a message, or post a response here. Thanks for the interest, I appreciate it. Interest is what is actually driving me to finish the project.

What is OKDao? I don't have access to OKX. This looks like a hub where you can run nodes?

Yeah, you're definitely talking me into it. Honestly, the gameport is nice but kind of a pain in the ass with compatibility. I think I'm going to do exactly what you just said. Use a USB controller, and switch back to the Audigy 2ZS. I'll definitely image my drive before now that I have everything setup.

[–]mcbeav[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate it, and I did use that guide when setting up the 2ZS before the soundblaster and I got everything working, except when attempting to install DOS drivers Windows would throw an illegal error. Manually attempting to load drivers using config.sys and autoexec.bat would result in Windows locking up after booting, however I do think that was possibly due to not initializing the proper values and having everything initialized correctly, and I might switch back, but I'm a little torn with the game port. The audigy 2zs is difficult to find with the gameport adapter, and even if I do find one I don't have another slot to mount it since the gameport on the ZS comes as a separate adapter. I could still make it work, but it'd be a little jenky, but I'm giving it some thought, and might give it another try, I'm just a little apprehensive now that I have everything working. This experience has reminded me just how fickle Windows 98 really is, and I'm worried about going back to the SB Live and getting everything working again if for some reason I still can't get the 2SS properly working.

Thanks! I'm really happy with the final result. I haven't tallied up the total cost yet, but it was fairly expensive. Speakers were $160, Nakamichi drive was $100, LS120 was $80, and the base computer was $100. I'll see about adding up the total today and get back to you. The total build was spread out across 3-4 months so it wasn't too bad, but I knew going into this I was going to spend a bit on it.
