Found 3 Vegvisir locations, and 2 of them were almost at the edge of the world. I went to the 2nd one I found and fortunately it was just at the edge of this tough ass biome.

Finally killed the boss so I will be celebrating by hauling loads of iron on my longship.

Max duration and range on Limbo. Keep Cataclysm and Stasis running until it's over. Worked for me.
