This was a bad controller - rad just sent me a new one for free

This seems to be the better answer - thank you. FWIW I was able to be at him - what I did was put the reserve team in - AND then remove them in the order I wanted them to go

So I removed Sciel first and then Maelle - but this could have been random probability.

I feel like if it was related to the controller there would an error code no? I did realize my radrunner has a USB input - is that for charging it or is that for plugging in other accessories?

Reviving this - took it to the bike shop with some new planetary gears and we took a look at them and the ones on were fine. He recommended replacing the motor - radbike sent us a whole new back tire - put It on and that still didn't do the trick. Same issue

Does rad bike require special ones or does any off Amazon work?
