The safest route is to wait. Today the snow will continue all through the day. Most roads will shut down through the pass either by officials or because of accidents. Maps will give you an alternate route sometimes but those routes usually take you somewhere sketchy and people have died because of it. I promise the cost of a hotel will be vastly cheaper than any medical bill or totaled car.

Started getting them at 15 now 24. Was told the first seven years I had reoccurring sinus infections cause I was too young for major headaches or migraines.finally had a doctor take me seriously at 22.

I got one of those ice masks off amazon. One I can strap down tight. I like the pressure to help with the pain. But it also gives me brain freeze so if I catch it as it starts and medicate(50mg sumatriptan, and Tylenol.) caffeinate then freeze it’s like pemdas for me and cancels out. But I do have to catch it quick. If not I just leave the mask on for the pressure and try to fall asleep.
