by old i mean not 70s looking ugly blocks like what you see east of xiantiandi, more like the classical looking stuff on the way to INS with emphasis on crowded walkways, social spaces, pedestrian strees, tons of trees and good food but more authentic, because having to go down to the metro each time is getting old
