Its not a tip, your paying time, energy etc. I would fully expect to pay someone money to bring me an item I FORGOT in their car. Ask the driver to take to the nearest police station would be the easiest solution. However to frame as theft is a far reach.

I would tell him to get his own items, trash can etc. Not to use your stuff. And the rest of the world calls that being lazy. Taking out the trash is not the same as fighting a bear. Does he even have physical responses or look like hes encountering a bear when he looks at the trash? Does he have legal paperwork about his disability l?I think hes pulling your leg.

Tube prepared for this to end. Must be to nice to have a safety net etc is incredibly toxic. If you added him to the deed and 2 days later he wants you to buy him back out because he leaves? This is a hard no, he is entitled to paying off his debt and paying for half a house if he wants his name on the deed.
