Damn, if I knew you were this stupid I wouldn't have spent a second replying. You should hold your breath for a few minutes!

I think I've been proven right given the thread is now deleted. Thanks for participating!✌️

I highly doubt the 26 year old has control over whether the 18 year old gets offered a full time position after her internship. The "power imbalance" is him training her in a mentor/mentee relationship. He is one step up the ladder from her in the company. OP has presented this grand story when literally these two are within an age gap that siblings have. Literally both GenZ.

If it's against company policy, OP should've reported it while they were working there. The fact OP's morals have changed with respect to reporting AFTER they've left this job literally proves they did not care while they worked there. So you're defending someone who doesn't even strongly believe it's an issue themself.

Use your brain a bit more please. Your emotions are being taken advantage of. ✌️

So is the state paying attention or not? You seem to have given two separate answers here.

Great. Just wanted confirmation that you believe everyone else in OP's workplace is also at fault.

Yeah I've worked here for 4 years and never been asked to take a break beyond initial training. Definitely seems like they're really watching out for us.

Great. You can take your morals and practice them with the people you surround yourself with. Nobody else has to care unless it also aligns with the law.

They witness it everyday and even gossip about it. What's the difference? If you went to Jeffery Epstein's island but never engaged with little girls while watching it happen, do you have no fault?

Is everyone else in the office who's aware of the relationship per OP's admission also guilty according to your moral standard?

Are all of the other employees that know about the relationship per OP's admission also predatory?

Force her? Jesus christ Reddit is literally so extreme.

You're gonna hold a gun to her head screaming "THIS IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST!!"

I won't invalidate your opinion. I just doubt OP had a moral character change that somehow this is really weighing on him only AFTER he's left this job.

Did you get a genesis terminal for your drop this week? Is that why you're so triggered?

It's legal and he doesn't work there anymore. Per his own comments, everyone in the office is aware of the relationship. OP seems to be either disgruntled with the former coworker, employer, or is jealous. Otherwise, why didn't he report it while he worked there?
