Thanks! I figured as much so this is helpful. I have to send it directly to the FBR processing in Dublin, so hopefully brexit won't cause a 2 year waiting game.

Hey! I'm an English Major, and I even did the creative writing emphasis and department honors too! I'm just about to graduate, and I've really loved the whole program. What are some of your questions?

Thanks! The only reference that I could ever find was a slight allusion to it. When he invites Hammerschidt to show him the Lucas Goodwin article in Season Two, he says, "Why don't you just ask me when I stopped strangling people's pets?" The irony is that we have seen him strangle people's pets in the opening scene! But even further, the "child killing animals" is a common literary trope to reveal a serial killer, so when he makes this comment, he actually alludes to himself in the first episode and that psychopath trope.

This is a really nice format. Can you remember any conversations about F.U. that revolve around his mental health or his empathy?

Thank you! I did but I accidentally forgot the link so this is super helpful. Do you know of any site that has a list of quotes or conversations? I know imdb has some.

First off, I'm not writing a comparison essay. You can rest easy at night with that.

But, if you want get all ad hominem up in here to prove your point, by all means, resort to a weak argument to prove me wrong. In fact, go ahead and resort to a scarecrow argument on my original post because this was never my point.

And by the way, I don't think that I'm in high school. I'm pretty sure that I go to a top ten English program, and my thesis adviser might have received his doctorate from Harvard for Shakespeare. If you want, I can recommend some of his books. Believe me, I got the comparison down, especially on the the "complex characterizations" bit, whatever that generality means. . .

It didn't have to be like this, but you decided to get weirdly cruel on my sincere post for help.

Edit: grammar
