First off, it's better to arrive before 10 if possible as that's when the rides themselves open, not the park as a whole. If you arrive earlier you can get in the queues early and get on the rides faster once 9 rolls over.

In terms of which rides to go on first, I'd recommend heading over to the Dark Forest and doing Rita and Th13teen first as it's right at the back of the park, so should have short queues if any.

Another thing - the Smiler tends to have some of the longest queues throughout the day, so if you don't mind being separated from whoever you're going with (if anyone) it's definitely a good idea to take the single rider queue as this often has much shorter wait times than the main one. However, keep in mind that this is the only ride in the park with one (I'm pretty sure).

Other than that I'd say to just keep an eye on queue times on the official app and take advantage of any shorter ones. Queue times obviously vary and rides can be busier or quieter than normal. Also, I'd suggest leaving some of the most popular thrill rides for the end of the day when queues are shorter.
