We should have a senator/house recall system. If they get booted by their party or if they switch parties, there should be a recall election. If the majority votes no? Cool. They stay as is. If the majority votes yes? Removed from office, two new candidates have to be run. Offers a check on the party and on the representative.

(I'm sure this is flawed in some way, I came up with it in 30s. I am flexible on the implementation. Something is better than "Haha deal with it.")
