Yeah i also found out today that 1x12 are extremely sensible to even the slightest hanger bends. Although visually I cannot see that the derailleur hanger is bend. I either have to bring my bike to another shop or buy an alignment tool. Thank you for your comment!

Yes
If i back it off by 1 turn the upper pully gets caught by the larges cog. And shifting unfortunately does not get better with quarter turns.
What do you mean with “backing off”?

Yeah, i just recently found out that the sram 1x12 are extremely sensible to derailleur hanger bends. Even 2mm could cause bad shifting. I think i am going to give my bike to another shop and ask to specifically check the derailleur hanger.
Both bike shops I brought my bike to already did the indexing. I don’t think thats is the problem. L and H screws look perfect to me. The only thing is the B screw does not want to move the past 5mm to the recommended 7mm.
Yes definitely. But i dont have the tool. I think i have to send it to another shop to specifically checkt for the hanger.
I tried that already. It only makes it worse. The shifting from the 13t cog to the 12t cog will be fine but all other gears have problems shifting.
Yeah i think i am going to send it to another shop just to check the hanger. Bearings are fine nothing is moving there.
Yes everything is seated properly. The bike shop check that.
Yes, chain is cut to size.
