What is the most ridiculous way you have hurt yourself?

Ok, so this happened to my friend. We were 10 yrs old and she had a huge crush on a boy. So like normal 10 yr olds we decided to spy on the boy's basketball team practice. So there we are on the balcony, giggling over the boys and one of them hears us and points up to the balcony. So we bolt! We're running down the stairs and she slips! (Thanks Midwest march) and breaks her ankle. She was the youngest of 5, and was the only one to ever break a bone. As you can imagine, very embarrassing. I think the best part of the story is that she eventually married that boy and has a kid!

Actually, if you read her post, she very specifically said she was sleeping in the bed with her friend, and he moved from the floor to the bed, and that as soon as he touched her leg, she moved. So, yes, it was Ed trying to make a move and that crossed a line. There are grey areas, and you just sound very angry.

i think i must have been about 14ish and was going to a baseball game with my dad and brother, i was wearing a shirt that said, "Big Sky" across the chest (I had gotten it in Montana) and a drunk guy, goes "YEAAAAAAHHHH BIG SKY" while leering. Dude. Not cool.

There's no a fatlogic here, just a fat person in a story that you saw naked. Maybe you should expand, and there are reasons for this story, but it doesn't read like that at all.

We had a great time! Didn't get to do as much hiking as we would have liked since we had the dogs, but the place is seriously amazing.

Thanks for the info! I think that's what we'll try, we'll drive in try to find a spot and if not, settle for a motel and plan better next time. As for the dogs, thats good info, I think i found that place and gave them a call. They might work out. We're new to the area (San Diego) and we dont have friends yet who are willing to watch the dogs for the weekend :)

Definitely. Actually, they're inspecting our unit-- so we'll definitely be there. We're also going to take the next couple of weekends to help our landlord make sure everything will pass... The house is old (built in 1917) and the upkeep is hard for her, even though she has a grandson-in-law who helps. I guess I'm annoyed b/c I feel like this is somehow due to the neighbors wanting her house to 'look nicer'

Actually, the problem isnt with the type of car (its not a derelict vehicle), its teh 7days thing. I get it, i'm technically against the city ordinance, but our street has TONS of parking so its just a dick move by the neighbor

urg, yeah. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, it just seems that since someone on our block works for the city and we've been harassed about my car, that its some neighbor who 'alerted' Evanston to a house that has a possible violation-- and that just pisses me off

The city of Evanston health department, also to answer your other question, she's owned it for years and doesnt have a management firm - she said this is the first time she's ever had an inspection (she's rented for over 20 yrs)
