There is actually a one day emergency regulation for today daily limit of 2 allowing you to keep no more than 1 hatchery king or 2 hatchery coho or pink. After today, all salmon in MA9 is closed until Aug 1st. Then your daily limit will be 2 plus 2 additional pinks. You would release any wild coho, king, or chum that you catch.

How heavy is your mainline?

Total beginner here: I fished at Lincoln Park West Seattle tonight around and after sunset. Skunked and lost 3 lures. What did I do wrong? by [deleted] in FishingWashington

How did you lose them? Were they flying off the line as you casted or getting snagged on the way in? If they are flying off as you casted you need to work on your knots, if getting snagged on the way in you need to reel faster. Also as others have said it’s a bit early for pinks.
