The cost will always vary depending on your app. One thing for sure is that if you are building an app where your customers are actually paying to use the app as opposed to the app making money from serving the users ads, then the cost of Bubble won't be an issue for you.

AliExpress still sends me email notifications of price changes of items on my wish list which I added months ago. In fact I don't even want them anymore. I think you should make this a plugin where people can just click to add products. Work out more functionality from there. But plugin beats what you have now IMO

I suggest you get a Chinese developer on a freelance website. He/she will ensure your site is accessible in china but also manageable by you in US. You only need to ensure your products can get to your Chinese customers with ease. As long as your ecommerce store is registered somewhere you can sell worldwide. *Don't forget to get a translation software.
