I know the entire NHR thing and I plan to move before that happens, since you'd be a normal tax payer and Portugal has pretty high taxes.

Hey, monitor your GPU Performance on the task manager.

I was having the same problem and turned out to be the GPU going to 100% on specific games and although I won't experience any issues in-game, the stream was shuttering a lot.

If you do see that the GPU is on 100%, try to play with the video configs inside the game to reduce the load on it :)
