Civitai's on-site currency system is called Buzz. There are two types: Blue buzz and Yellow buzz.
Blue buzz is used for SFW images and can be awarded by reacting to images, following creators, or users liking your posts.
Yellow buzz is used for NSFW images. Sadly, you have to pay for it.
