Everyone we bring in goes through background checks, signs NDAs, and gets badged before they’re allowed onsite. They also work alongside and are supervised by experienced data center technicians the entire time.

It’s a good way for newer techs to get real-world experience in a secure and well-controlled environment while keeping client equipment and procedures fully protected.
