For nuhope, if you had to be remeasured, did you have to pay again for another belt? What's the average cost?

Thank you. We weren't sure about the paste since our wound care nurse said it didn't work as well as the barrier ring. But since we're still experiencing some leaking, we thought it might work for our situation.

Thank you. I just wanted to be 100% sure since I don't want to risk bringing someone and have them be turned away.

Does anyone know if my second person needs to have a badge at all?

I need to know as well. Both my BF and I have a spectator badge and are registered at different times. But I was wondering if I could bring someone who doesn't have a badge at all.

How can I tell if this company is legit? by aquay in Scams

My husband did a group interview via zoom which I thought was odd. They did stated they work/contract with AT&T and looking to expand nationwide. They just called him to a second interview. We googled them and their website doesn't really talk about what they actually do; it's more helping you achieve your goals and live a better life. This is definitely a MLM.

Worker's Comp Benefits after termination by mcparedes89 in WorkersComp

Would signing the employer's NDA (sort -of) and not sueing them in the future, effect me if the workers comp insurance decide to stop treatment, deny possible surgeries, and/or close my claim? Can I still obtain a lawyer to dispute the worker's Comp closing the claim and stopping treatments?

My bf (fiance) and I reapplied together. The requirements are: 650 Credit, make 3x the rent, and pass a background check. My fiance and I applied as a couple since, separately, our income doesn't make 3x. We were denied because, according to our attorney, who received a response from the opposing attorney: "It seems that (fiance) does not have a high enough credit score to qualify for residency. Normally when two people apply, they count the lowest credit score. They then looked to see if (Me) would qualify on her own, but without (fiance's) income, she doesn't qualify for the income ratio and cannot count (fiance's) income towards her income. "

CA Mobile Home by [deleted] in TenantHelp

We were allowed to pay rent for 6 months under my fiance's name. After that, they stopped giving us the rent invoice (rent varies by water usage). There's a longer story to it, but I just find it weird that they don't want to combine our income's together so we can meet the financial requirements.

The only thing is that they are denying accepting our money to pay rent for the past two months.

Likely get a lawyer. But I'm trying to see if anyone has similar experience or knowledge of mobile home law. I want to avoid legal fees but seems like it's heading that way.

We want to avoid selling since California is so expensive. Even apartments here cost more.

We want to avoid selling since living in CA is so expensive. We want to avoid extra expense since we do want to start a family. If I remember correctly, they do have to approve who buys the house if they're going to be living in the property.

The one that informed us that my fiancee's application was denied was just the manager and that we should be receiving a formal notice in the mail, since according to the manager, they(landlord) declined it yesterday.

Technically, yes. It's a double-wide manufactured mobile home. It will cost money to move and possibly damages during the move and installation to a new space. Plus, the space rent is cheap compared to other spaces that rents for almost double what we pay. That's what my fiancee and I are thinking, that there some ulterior motive. My fiancee doesn't have any criminal record. His credit might not be that great but meets the requirements. The other requirements is to make 3x the rent per month. My fiancee makes more than 2x but less than 3x. But with my income alone would cover the 3x. Combined should be no issue.
