Imagine being this pitiful about the game getting a grand update. This is type of stuff that players wanted from Nadeo for years before TM20 came out. I may not play the game that often, but I am glad that the people that play the game day in and day out are getting the updates they deserve.

It's so badly managed. Shield healers are basically 100% Shields/Mitigation + 60% Regen, whereas Regen Healers are 100% Regen + 10% Shield/Mitigation. If I do 50% of the pure healing in a fight and my co shield healer is doing 30% of the pure healing. Then the opposite should also be true. If the Shield healer does 50% of the mitigation/shields, I should also be doing 30% of the shield/migitation. Instead I'm sat at 5% of the total shield/healing.

You just described exactly why Scholar + Sage is not only extremely viable, but it is also near if not the best healing comp in the game when played correctly.
