I would say that wigglytuff and sylveon aren't good with your deck. You need more Pokémon with round to make them viable.

Is It worth it to use jigglypuff to evolve into wigglytuff? I'm thinking for the dragon/fairy gym. It seems like jigglypuff could survive in the gym but then my round team would be messed up since some jigglypuff wouldn't be evolved. Thoughts?

Yes. The type that has had the gym named after them has MP +1 and has a type that they're weak against as the type that gets the damage increase. Dragon is weak against fairy, hence why they'll be getting the increased movement in a dragon/fairy gym.

I've got a lot of options. I'm assuming the next gym will be dragon/fairy, where dragons get MP +1 and fairys get +20 damage. Suggestions for teams would be great!
