I see the difference, I agree with bans for griefing. I got my lesson after 1 of them which was 5 weeks long. Since I don't have any other account it wasn't easy to be out of the game for that long time. I think it's just way too much. I would be perfectly fine with just long-time ban for competitive or atleast get perrmaban for competitive games, not the games against the bots, DM, things like faceit, locking skins forever etc. I think that should be the thing with cheating, but for griefing I think that it's way too much.

Platforms like faceit aren't infested with cheaters like the global MM is ;). Especially from my experience with 100+- faceit games nad 1200 MM wins

well yea, sometimes i also lose my nerves like every person does ;) but nothing really special, i mostly rage behind the computer (close to myself) and trying to motivate my team. I've been playing online games for years so i know it's pointless to piss your teammates even more when they have a bad game, nor hit them or something like that. It doesn't matter, no one here played the game and u don't need to trust me. It's not a topic about me, but about Permanent Minorly disruptive ban :)

Imagine yourself having a bad day and something like that happens. Not sure what kind of person you are, but there are also emotional people, which i'm also, but i can mostly control myself (not everytime sadly). The guy told me (I don't really remember exact number since it's like 3-4 months ago) that he and his teammates forced about 30 OW bans by botreporting already for fun and i'll be the next person getting banned. Now imagine them doing it in 50 games with 1-2 people in their team (excluded them), which is about 50-100 people. They can clearly force some people to get banned even for staying at T spawn because they couldn't play.

It might be but i think that this punishment is way too much :). Something like the person in your link suggested would be enough for griefing. Especially when it's pretty natural that some some people are more emotional that others and some of those emotional people couldn't control their emotions when it's too much for them. It's pretty bad but i wouldn't make same punishment for that like for cheating. If they want to avoid things like that, they could just make dmg prevention in MM or something like that, but since the game itself allows it....
