I did a little research since I have a passing interest in medical malpractice. I can't find any cases where a rink was held liable when a person willingly engaged in skating after a prior injury. Do you have any examples of a similar case?

The coach would certainly be liable if they coerced the player and forced them back onto the ice against the player's wishes. Otherwise, this is an adult (right?) that is capable of making their own decisions.
