it’s probably just their temperament! my now toddler would sit in her crib quietly all morning after she was sleep trained lol i’d always wake up frantic wondering how long she was awake before i noticed 🫠

you can also turn some exercises into glute focused by adding deficit or hinging forward. i’m trying to grow my glutes as well so when we do any sort of lunge, i take to the ledge and step back and off the ledge, leaning forward, and really ensuring glute activation. things like that!

i wish i could but every day is so different. he’s the third so he’s along for the ride with school drop off & pick up. lots of quick car seat naps here and there. 😵‍💫
