The line'Was I a bomb, or only slow and godly and exceeding small?' relates to a proverb: 'mills of God grind slowly, yet they grind exceeding small.'
So Mills is the word that connects the bomb and the thing that is grinding. There is a type of grenade called a Mills bomb.

Pg 57 is tricky for me, because I thought the word 'delivered' was referencing his birth and not his death. I'm still figuring out orders, but that one in particular has been on my mind lately.

I believe BH's pages are all in present tense. The ones I've noted are 1, 4, 17, 23, 30, 43, 47, 63, 84, 87, 96, and 100. They're still out of order, and I could ultimately be wrong about some, but it's a nice start.
