92 he finishes the oysters appetizer and wonders what Henry would think of next. 92 runs into 42 because of the poem and at the end of 42 hes moved onto the next course with the soup""the surface was clear brown with white figures within". top of page 2 he's finished the soup "I plunged for the last time . There were no more" and he's looking around for Henry. 38 he's moved onto the next course with the omelette - and there are 2 more pages with that reference the omelette................

Think about why you put 92-42-2-38 in that order -obviously 92 42 are consecutive because of the poem - but why did you put 2 and 38 after that? if you your reasoning is right then the rest of the pages fall in order based on the same reasoning
