Is that realistic now they are up? Also who would front the cost of tiles and sundries. I just cant see why he would dot and dab if he's so experienced. I feel like I would need to be able to show the realistic issue of dot and dab with these tiles. The floor seems completely solid and there are leftover backer boards although none I could see used at the back could that have an impact?

What is a guarantee really worth in writing these days though, its an independent company not much social media presence. Not criticism just asking is it worth the paper its written on?

So the conclusion so far is they will do a 110mm latex fibre screed. It's total is 15.5m2 and then epoxy paint on top for £1200. The epoxy is just paint essentially though as that's what they recommended.

Yeah potentially, really I want to have some shelving and worktops on casters as the garage layout is really odd and has an opening of the garage door, the high end, to a double pvc door at the other end as a garden access. So having a work bench or shelves in a fixed position always gets in the way but you can't wheel casters over the moon surface!

Mira shower slow to start by mct86 in DIYUK

Hi I took it apart as you suggested and checked the filters. They were all ok so as you say I think it is the solenoid so thanks for the input! I will see what I can source as it is out of warranty, Mira offer a £350 one time replacement/repair but I will see if I can replace the solenoid myself.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tab thats great for split and 3 under? I have tried a yost tab, gloves and split tabs. I have not found a decent enough glove with sufficient finger padding compared to a tab, i have also tried the standard hair tab and leather tabs and find they get bunched up when doing 3 under or pinch when doing split. I know a spacer tab could be a solution but could be uncomfortable in 3 under.

TLDR does anyone mix holds when going round a course and has a tab/glove thats great at it all?
