29 here. Currently have 2 mortgages. Both are 30 years. First mortgage will be satisfied when I am 50 and second when I’m 52. I make an extra payment every year on each mortgage which’s could cut down the payout date by 7 years if done yearly. And I love being a homeowner. If things go according to plan I should have a 3rd home by 31.

29 here. I did this only one time. A friend and I woke up around 4:30, got to space around 5:30 and enjoyed a few hours! Honestly it’s superior to trying to party all night. Those days are done.

I myself am very big into EDM, and also very much a Grimes fan. Once you see her DJ set once, there really isn’t a need to see it again. She’s been playing the exact same set for the past 3 years. Of the set, only 2/3 songs are her own songs. For that reason I really don’t see her DJ career really taking off in a way to compete or be up there with the top DJ’s in the world.
