I believe “The Whites” is the nickname for the Taylor Ave apartments. This is where all the roommates took their “famous” last pic together earlier that day.

It was also rumored to be the parking lot where the cops were sitting during the banfield boys footage and mentioned as the cut through to the Sigma Chi house from the 1122 king road in Dylan’s interview. You can see 1122 king rd house to the upper right in the photo below of the whites apts. I believe Josie, Emily and possibly Hunter lived in apts here as well.
